Dr. Birchann volunteered with Downtown Boulder's Tulip Fairy and Elf Parade last weekend. Downtown Boulder is exploding with tulips and the presence of thousands of children dressed as Fairies and Elves only made the Pearl St. mall more colorful and exciting.
